Saving and Loading Workflows
Saving a Workflow
Section titled “Saving a Workflow”FeedFlux provides multiple ways to save your work.
Auto-Save
Section titled “Auto-Save”FeedFlux automatically saves your workflow every 30 seconds while editing. Look for the “Saved” indicator in the toolbar.
Manual Save
Section titled “Manual Save”- Click the Save button in the toolbar, or
- Press Ctrl + S
- You’ll see a “Workflow saved” confirmation
Save As (Create Copy)
Section titled “Save As (Create Copy)”- Click File → Save As (or the dropdown arrow next to Save)
- Enter a new name
- Click Save
- Creates a new copy while keeping the original
Loading a Workflow

- Click Workflows in the sidebar
- Your saved workflows are listed with:
- Name
- Last modified date
- Status (Draft, Ready, Running)
- Click on a workflow to open it in the canvas
Workflow States
Section titled “Workflow States”| State | Icon | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | 📝 | Work in progress, may have unconnected nodes |
| Ready | ✅ | Valid workflow, ready to run |
| Invalid | ⚠️ | Has errors that prevent execution |
| Running | 🔄 | Currently being executed |
Managing Workflows
Section titled “Managing Workflows”Right-click a workflow in the list to access management options.
Rename Workflow
Section titled “Rename Workflow”- Right-click the workflow in the list
- Select Rename
- Enter new name
- Press Enter
Delete Workflow
Section titled “Delete Workflow”- Right-click the workflow in the list
- Select Delete
- Confirm deletion
Export Workflow
Section titled “Export Workflow”🖼️ [Image: File menu expanded showing Export option]
- Open the workflow
- Click File → Export
- Choose export location
- Saves as
.ffwffile (FeedFlux Workflow File)
Import Workflow
Section titled “Import Workflow”- Click File → Import
- Select a
.ffwffile - Workflow is added to your list
