Saving and Loading Workflows

FeedFlux provides multiple ways to save your work.

FeedFlux automatically saves your workflow every 30 seconds while editing. Look for the “Saved” indicator in the toolbar.

  1. Click the Save button in the toolbar, or
  2. Press Ctrl + S
  3. You’ll see a “Workflow saved” confirmation
  1. Click File → Save As (or the dropdown arrow next to Save)
  2. Enter a new name
  3. Click Save
  4. Creates a new copy while keeping the original

  1. Click Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Your saved workflows are listed with:
    • Name
    • Last modified date
    • Status (Draft, Ready, Running)
  3. Click on a workflow to open it in the canvas

Right-click a workflow in the list to access management options.

  1. Right-click the workflow in the list
  2. Select Rename
  3. Enter new name
  4. Press Enter
  1. Right-click the workflow in the list
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

  1. Open the workflow
  2. Click File → Export
  3. Choose export location
  4. Saves as .ffwf file (FeedFlux Workflow File)
  1. Click File → Import
  2. Select a .ffwf file
  3. Workflow is added to your list
