Creating a New Workflow

  1. Open FeedFlux Desktop
  2. Click Workflows in the sidebar
  3. Click the + Create New Workflow button
  4. Enter a name for your workflow (e.g., “Morning Engagement Routine”)
  5. Optionally, add a description
  6. Click Create
  7. The Workflow Canvas opens with a Start node already placed

  1. Click Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Click the Templates tab
  3. Browse available templates:
    • Hashtag Engagement
    • Follow/Unfollow Cycle
    • Story Viewer
    • Content Engagement
    • And more…
  4. Click on a template to preview it
  5. Click Use This Template
  6. Give your workflow a custom name
  7. The template opens in the canvas, ready to customize

  1. Click Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Find the workflow you want to duplicate
  3. Click the three dots menu (⋮)
  4. Select Duplicate
  5. Enter a new name
  6. The duplicated workflow opens for editing

  • Be descriptive: “Hashtag Photography Likes” is better than “Workflow 1”
  • Include the account: “ClientA - Morning Routine” helps organize multiple accounts
  • Add the purpose: “Growth - Follow Competitors’ Followers”
