Creating a New Workflow
Method 1: From the Dashboard

- Open FeedFlux Desktop
- Click Workflows in the sidebar
- Click the + Create New Workflow button
- Enter a name for your workflow (e.g., “Morning Engagement Routine”)
- Optionally, add a description
- Click Create
- The Workflow Canvas opens with a Start node already placed
Method 2: From a Template

- Click Workflows in the sidebar
- Click the Templates tab
- Browse available templates:
- Hashtag Engagement
- Follow/Unfollow Cycle
- Story Viewer
- Content Engagement
- And more…
- Click on a template to preview it
- Click Use This Template
- Give your workflow a custom name
- The template opens in the canvas, ready to customize
Method 3: Duplicate Existing Workflow

- Click Workflows in the sidebar
- Find the workflow you want to duplicate
- Click the three dots menu (⋮)
- Select Duplicate
- Enter a new name
- The duplicated workflow opens for editing
Workflow Naming Best Practices
Section titled “Workflow Naming Best Practices”- Be descriptive: “Hashtag Photography Likes” is better than “Workflow 1”
- Include the account: “ClientA - Morning Routine” helps organize multiple accounts
- Add the purpose: “Growth - Follow Competitors’ Followers”
