Workflow Won't Start

  • Click Run but nothing happens
  • “Cannot start workflow” error
  • Workflow stuck in “Starting” state
  • Play button doesn’t respond

  1. Go to Devices panel
  2. Confirm device shows 🟢 Connected
  3. If not, reconnect device first
  4. Set device as active if needed

Your workflow may have errors:

  1. Look for red warning icons on any nodes
  2. Check that all nodes are connected
  3. Verify Start node connects to first action
  4. Ensure workflow ends at End node
  5. Check for missing required configurations

Unsaved changes can cause issues:

  1. Press Ctrl+S or click Save
  2. Wait for “Saved” confirmation
  3. Try running again

Click on each node and verify:

  • Required fields are filled
  • Account is selected (where applicable)
  • Values are within valid ranges

If a previous workflow is stuck:

  1. Click Stop in the execution monitor
  2. Wait for complete stop
  3. If stuck, use Force Stop
  4. Try running again

Sometimes a fresh start helps:

  1. Close FeedFlux completely
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Reopen FeedFlux
  4. Reconnect device
  5. Try running workflow
