Acceptance of Terms

- Applicable laws and regulations
Age Requirement
Section titled “Age Requirement”- You must be 18 years or older to use FeedFlux
- By subscribing, you confirm you meet this requirement
Account Responsibilities
Section titled “Account Responsibilities”You are responsible for:

Acceptable Use
Section titled “Acceptable Use”You MAY use FeedFlux to:
- Automate your own Instagram accounts
- Manage client accounts with their explicit permission
- Grow your social media presence through engagement
- Save time on repetitive tasks
You may NOT use FeedFlux to:
- Spam or harass other users
- Violate Instagram’s Terms of Service intentionally
- Automate accounts you don’t own without permission
- Engage in illegal activities
- Circumvent license restrictions
- Share or resell your license
Subscription Terms
Section titled “Subscription Terms”| Term | Details |

| Billing | Recurring charges until cancelled |
| Cancellation | Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends |
| Refunds | Generally no refunds for partial periods (see full terms) |
| Price changes | We may change prices with notice; existing subscriptions honored until renewal |
Intellectual Property
Section titled “Intellectual Property”- FeedFlux software is licensed, not sold
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the software
- Your workflow files and data remain yours
Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Limitation of Liability”- FeedFlux is provided “as is”
- We’re not responsible for Instagram account actions or bans
- You use automation at your own risk

Termination
Section titled “Termination”We may terminate accounts for:
- Violation of Terms of Use
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the service
- Non-payment
You may terminate by:
- Cancelling your subscription
- Requesting account deletion
Changes to Terms
Section titled “Changes to Terms”- We may update these terms
- Significant changes will be notified via email
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
