- Go to About phone
- Find Android version
What Instagram version is supported?
Section titled “What Instagram version is supported?”Tested Version: 402.0.0.49.70
Recommendation: Use the tested version for best compatibility. Newer versions usually work but may have UI changes that affect automation.

Why Version Matters
Section titled “Why Version Matters”FeedFlux interacts with Instagram’s user interface (buttons, screens, elements). When Instagram updates:

Checking Instagram Version
Section titled “Checking Instagram Version”On your Android device:
- Open Settings → Apps → Instagram
- Scroll to bottom or tap App info
- Find Version number
Or in Instagram:
- Open Instagram → Profile → Menu (☰)
- Go to Settings and privacy
- Scroll to bottom → About → Version shown
Version Mismatch Warning
Section titled “Version Mismatch Warning”When you use the Open Instagram module, FeedFlux checks your Instagram version:

Recommended Approach

- If needed, download tested version from APKMirror (trusted source)
- Install and keep this version
To disable auto-updates:
- Open Play Store
- Search Instagram → Open app page
- Tap three dots (⋮) menu
- Uncheck Enable auto update
If Automation Breaks After Instagram Update
Section titled “If Automation Breaks After Instagram Update”- Check for FeedFlux updates - We often release compatibility fixes
- Downgrade Instagram while waiting for a new tested version
- Wait for our update
Finding Older Instagram Versions
Section titled “Finding Older Instagram Versions”If you need to downgrade:
- Go to APKMirror.com (trusted APK repository)
- Search for “Instagram”
- Find version 402.0.0.49.70 or similar
- Download the APK matching your device architecture (arm64-v8a for most modern phones)
- Uninstall current Instagram
- Install the downloaded APK
- Disable auto-updates in Play Store

Can I use multiple devices?
Section titled “Can I use multiple devices?”License: One computer at a time
Android phones: Multiple phones can be connected, but you run workflows on one device at a time per workflow.
Computer (License Binding)
Section titled “Computer (License Binding)”Your FeedFlux license is bound to one computer at a time:

What Counts as an Account?

- How often you use it
- Activity level
- Validation status

Option 2: Remove unused accounts

Is FeedFlux safe for my Instagram account?
Section titled “Is FeedFlux safe for my Instagram account?”Short answer: FeedFlux is designed to be safe when used responsibly, but all automation carries some risk.

The Reality
Section titled “The Reality”- No automation is 100% safe - Instagram may detect any automation
- Risk increases with intensity - More actions = more risk
- Account history matters - Older accounts with history are safer
- Instagram’s rules change - What’s safe today may not be tomorrow
Our Recommendation
Section titled “Our Recommendation”- Start with conservative limits (see “How do I avoid Instagram bans?”)
- Warm up new accounts gradually
- Mix automated and manual activity
- Stop immediately if you get action blocks
- Don’t automate accounts you can’t afford to lose
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Section titled “What happens if I exceed my plan limits?”Account Limits
Section titled “Account Limits”If you try to add more Instagram accounts than your plan allows:
- You’ll see an error message
- The new account won’t be added
- Existing accounts continue working
- Solution: Remove an account or upgrade your plan
You won’t be charged extra or automatically upgraded.
No Overage Charges
Section titled “No Overage Charges”FeedFlux does not charge overage fees. Your plan limits are hard limits:

Downgrading with Too Many Accounts
Section titled “Downgrading with Too Many Accounts”If you downgrade to a plan with fewer account slots:
- Your current accounts remain until renewal
- At renewal, you’ll need to be within new limits
- Remove extra accounts before renewal, or
- You’ll be prompted to choose which accounts to keep
Can I use FeedFlux on Mac/Linux?

💡 Note: These methods are not officially supported. USB device passthrough to VMs can be problematic for ADB connections.
How do I update FeedFlux Desktop?
Section titled “How do I update FeedFlux Desktop?”FeedFlux Desktop checks for updates automatically.
Automatic Update Check
Section titled “Automatic Update Check”When you open FeedFlux:
- App checks for available updates
- If update available, you’ll see a notification
- Click Update Now to download and install
- App restarts with new version
Manual Update Check
Section titled “Manual Update Check”- In FeedFlux Desktop, click Help menu
- Select Check for Updates
- If update available, click Download
- Follow installation prompts
Update Process

Mandatory updates must be installed to continue using FeedFlux.
What are working hours in Scheduling?
Section titled “What are working hours in Scheduling?”Working hours define when your automated workflows are allowed to run.
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Working hours help you:
- Run automation during realistic hours (not 3 AM)
- Appear more human to Instagram
- Respect your own sleep schedule
- Avoid running when you might use the phone manually
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”| Setting | Example |

- Set your preferred:
- Start time
- End time
- Active days of the week
- Save settings
Time Zone
Section titled “Time Zone”Working hours use your computer’s local time zone:
- If your computer is set to EST, 9 AM means 9 AM EST
- Adjust if you want to match your Instagram audience’s timezone
Best Practices

- If blocked again - Wait even longer, reduce further
