How to Cancel Your Subscription
Section titled “How to Cancel Your Subscription”You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Cancellation Steps
Section titled “Cancellation Steps”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Read the cancellation information
- Optionally provide a reason (helps us improve)
- Click Confirm Cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
Section titled “What Happens After Cancellation”| Timing | What You Keep |

Cancellation Details
Section titled “Cancellation Details”- No refunds for partial periods (see Terms of Service)
- License key stops working after expiration
- Instagram accounts remain in your dashboard (reactivate to use)
- Workflow data preserved (reactivate to access in desktop app)
Resubscribing
Section titled “Resubscribing”Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:
- Go to Subscription
- Click Resubscribe or Choose Plan
- Select your plan and billing period
- Complete checkout
- Access restored immediately
How to Change Your Plan
Section titled “How to Change Your Plan”You can upgrade, downgrade, or change billing period at any time.
Accessing Plan Changes
Section titled “Accessing Plan Changes”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Subscription or Plans
- Click Change Plan
Upgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Upgrading Your Plan”Example: Basic → Pro
- Click Change Plan
- Select the new plan (Pro or Business)
- Choose billing period (Monthly/Yearly)
- Review prorated amount
- Click Confirm Change
- New plan activates immediately
- You’re charged the prorated difference
What happens:
- Immediate access to new plan features
- Additional account slots available right away
- Prorated charge for remaining billing period
Downgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Downgrading Your Plan”Example: Pro → Basic
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Review what changes at renewal
- Click Confirm Change
What happens:
- Current plan remains until end of billing period
- New plan activates at next renewal
- If you have more accounts than new plan allows, you’ll need to remove some
Changing Billing Period
Section titled “Changing Billing Period”Monthly → Yearly:
- Click Change Plan
- Select same plan with Yearly billing
- Prorated credit applied to yearly price
- Pay the difference
Yearly → Monthly:
- Click Change Plan
- Select same plan with Monthly billing
- Changes at next renewal (no refund for remaining yearly)
How to Subscribe

- Go to Plans or Subscription
- Review available plans
- Select Monthly or Yearly billing
- Click Subscribe on your chosen plan
- Read and accept the Terms of Service (checkbox)
- You’ll be redirected to secure checkout (LemonSqueezy)
- Enter payment details
- Complete purchase
- Return to dashboard - your plan is active!
Checkout Process
Section titled “Checkout Process”The checkout is handled by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider:
- Review order: Plan name, billing period, price
- Enter email: Pre-filled with your account email
- Payment method: Credit/debit card
- Billing address: Required for tax purposes
- Complete purchase: Click “Pay”
After Subscribing
Section titled “After Subscribing”- Dashboard immediately shows your active plan
- License key is generated automatically
- You can download FeedFlux Desktop
- Confirmation email sent with receipt
Invoices and Receipts
Section titled “Invoices and Receipts”Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.

- Go to Subscription → Billing History
- See all past transactions

- Company name (FeedFlux)

Monthly vs Yearly Billing
Section titled “Monthly vs Yearly Billing”Choose between monthly flexibility or yearly savings.
Monthly Billing
Section titled “Monthly Billing”- Billed: Every month on subscription date
- Commitment: None, cancel anytime
- Best for: Testing, short-term needs, uncertain usage
Yearly Billing

- Savings: ~20% compared to monthly
- Best for: Long-term users, maximum savings

Switching Billing Period

Section titled “Payment Methods”FeedFlux accepts various payment methods through our secure payment provider.

Payment Security

- FeedFlux never sees or stores your full card number
- Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- 3D Secure supported for additional verification
Updating Payment Method
Section titled “Updating Payment Method”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Subscription → Payment Method
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Click Save
Your new payment method will be used for future charges.
Failed Payments
Section titled “Failed Payments”If a payment fails:
- You’ll receive an email notification
- We’ll retry the payment after a few days
- Update your payment method if needed
- Your subscription remains active during grace period (usually 7 days)
- After grace period, subscription is paused until payment succeeds
Understanding Proration
Section titled “Understanding Proration”Proration ensures you only pay for what you use when changing plans.
What is Proration?
Section titled “What is Proration?”When you change plans mid-billing cycle, proration calculates:
- Credit for unused time on current plan
- Charge for new plan based on remaining time

Viewing Proration

- Shows credit from current plan
- Shows charge for new plan
- Shows net amount to pay
