You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Read the cancellation information
  5. Optionally provide a reason (helps us improve)
  6. Click Confirm Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Resubscribe or Choose Plan
  3. Select your plan and billing period
  4. Complete checkout
  5. Access restored immediately

You can upgrade, downgrade, or change billing period at any time.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Subscription or Plans
  3. Click Change Plan

Example: Basic → Pro

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select the new plan (Pro or Business)
  3. Choose billing period (Monthly/Yearly)
  4. Review prorated amount
  5. Click Confirm Change
  6. New plan activates immediately
  7. You’re charged the prorated difference

What happens:

  • Immediate access to new plan features
  • Additional account slots available right away
  • Prorated charge for remaining billing period

Example: Pro → Basic

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select the lower plan
  3. Review what changes at renewal
  4. Click Confirm Change

What happens:

  • Current plan remains until end of billing period
  • New plan activates at next renewal
  • If you have more accounts than new plan allows, you’ll need to remove some

Monthly → Yearly:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select same plan with Yearly billing
  3. Prorated credit applied to yearly price
  4. Pay the difference

Yearly → Monthly:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select same plan with Monthly billing
  3. Changes at next renewal (no refund for remaining yearly)
  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Plans or Subscription
  3. Review available plans
  4. Select Monthly or Yearly billing
  5. Click Subscribe on your chosen plan
  6. Read and accept the Terms of Service (checkbox)
  7. You’ll be redirected to secure checkout (LemonSqueezy)
  8. Enter payment details
  9. Complete purchase
  10. Return to dashboard - your plan is active!

The checkout is handled by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider:

  1. Review order: Plan name, billing period, price
  2. Enter email: Pre-filled with your account email
  3. Payment method: Credit/debit card
  4. Billing address: Required for tax purposes
  5. Complete purchase: Click “Pay”
  • Dashboard immediately shows your active plan
  • License key is generated automatically
  • You can download FeedFlux Desktop
  • Confirmation email sent with receipt

Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Subscription → Billing History
  3. See all past transactions

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Date and billing period
  • Your account email
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Invoices are formatted for business expense reporting:

  • Company name (FeedFlux)
  • Your billing information
  • Clear line items
  • Tax breakdowns where applicable

Choose between monthly flexibility or yearly savings.

  • Billed: Every month on subscription date
  • Commitment: None, cancel anytime
  • Best for: Testing, short-term needs, uncertain usage
  • Billed: Once per year
  • Savings: ~20% compared to monthly
  • Best for: Long-term users, maximum savings

You can switch between monthly and yearly:

  • Monthly → Yearly: Immediate, prorated credit applied
  • Yearly → Monthly: Takes effect at renewal

FeedFlux accepts various payment methods through our secure payment provider.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Subscription → Payment Method
  3. Click Update Payment Method
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Click Save

Your new payment method will be used for future charges.

If a payment fails:

  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. We’ll retry the payment after a few days
  3. Update your payment method if needed
  4. Your subscription remains active during grace period (usually 7 days)
  5. After grace period, subscription is paused until payment succeeds

Proration ensures you only pay for what you use when changing plans.

When you change plans mid-billing cycle, proration calculates:

  • Credit for unused time on current plan
  • Charge for new plan based on remaining time

Scenario: Upgrade from Basic ($29/mo) to Pro ($79/mo) halfway through the month

Current plan remaining value: $29 ÷ 2 = $14.50 credit
New plan remaining cost: $79 ÷ 2 = $39.50

Before confirming a plan change:

  1. Review the “Order Summary”
  2. Shows credit from current plan
  3. Shows charge for new plan
  4. Shows net amount to pay
