Instagram Accounts

Each plan has a maximum number of Instagram accounts you can manage.

Each Instagram username you add counts as one account, regardless of:

  • How often you use it
  • Whether it’s validated
  • Activity level

If you try to add more accounts than your plan allows:

❌ Account limit reached
Your Pro plan allows 3 Instagram accounts.
You currently have 3 accounts registered.
To add more accounts:
- Remove an existing account, or
- Upgrade to Business plan (10 accounts)

Option 1: Remove unused accounts

  1. Go to Instagram Accounts
  2. Click Remove on accounts you no longer need
  3. Add your new account

Option 2: Upgrade your plan

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a higher plan
  4. Additional account slots available immediately

Account validation confirms that your Instagram account exists and is accessible.

When you add an account, FeedFlux attempts to validate it:

  1. Checks if username exists on Instagram
  2. Verifies account is accessible (not private in a blocking way)
  3. Marks as validated if successful

If validation failed or you want to re-check:

  1. Go to Instagram Accounts
  2. Find the account with error
  3. Click Retry Validation or Validate
  4. Wait for result
  • Dashboard validation checks account exists
  • Desktop app validates you’re logged into that account
  • Both must pass for automation to work

Register Instagram accounts in your dashboard to use them with FeedFlux automation.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Instagram Accounts section
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Enter the Instagram username (without @)
  5. Click Add
  6. Account appears in your list (pending validation)
  • Must be a valid Instagram username
  • Must be logged in on your connected Android device
  • Must not exceed your plan’s account limit

Remove accounts you no longer want to manage with FeedFlux.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Instagram Accounts
  3. Find the account to remove
  4. Click Remove button
  5. Confirm removal

Yes! You can add the same account again anytime:

  • Account slot becomes available immediately
  • Add the username again
  • Will need to re-validate

  • Do you have any workflows using this account?
  • Is this the correct account?
  • Will you need to re-add it soon?
