Instagram Accounts
Account Limits per Plan
Section titled “Account Limits per Plan”Each plan has a maximum number of Instagram accounts you can manage.
Account Limits
Section titled “Account Limits”| Plan | Maximum Accounts |

What Counts as an Account?
Section titled “What Counts as an Account?”Each Instagram username you add counts as one account, regardless of:
- How often you use it
- Whether it’s validated
- Activity level
Reaching Your Limit
Section titled “Reaching Your Limit”If you try to add more accounts than your plan allows:

Your Pro plan allows 3 Instagram accounts.You currently have 3 accounts registered.
To add more accounts:
- Remove an existing account, or- Upgrade to Business plan (10 accounts)Need More Accounts?
Section titled “Need More Accounts?”Option 1: Remove unused accounts
- Go to Instagram Accounts
- Click Remove on accounts you no longer need
- Add your new account
Option 2: Upgrade your plan
- Go to Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select a higher plan
- Additional account slots available immediately
Account Validation
Section titled “Account Validation”Account validation confirms that your Instagram account exists and is accessible.
Automatic Validation
Section titled “Automatic Validation”When you add an account, FeedFlux attempts to validate it:
- Checks if username exists on Instagram
- Verifies account is accessible (not private in a blocking way)
- Marks as validated if successful
Validation Statuses
Section titled “Validation Statuses”| Status | Icon | Meaning |

| Validated | ✅ | Account confirmed working |
| Pending | ⏳ | Validation in progress |
| Error | ❌ | Validation failed |
Validation Errors
Section titled “Validation Errors”| Error | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| ”Account not found” | Username doesn’t exist | Check spelling |
| ”Account unavailable” | Account deleted or banned | Use a different account |
| ”Validation timeout” | Network issue | Try again later |
Manual Re-Validation
Section titled “Manual Re-Validation”If validation failed or you want to re-check:
- Go to Instagram Accounts
- Find the account with error
- Click Retry Validation or Validate
- Wait for result
Validation and Desktop App
Section titled “Validation and Desktop App”- Dashboard validation checks account exists
- Desktop app validates you’re logged into that account
- Both must pass for automation to work
Troubleshooting Validation
Section titled “Troubleshooting Validation”| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Username correct but fails | Try again in a few minutes |
| Account recently created | Wait 24-48 hours, Instagram limits new accounts |
| Account is private | Should still work, just slower validation |
| Persistent failures | Contact support |
Adding an Instagram Account
Section titled “Adding an Instagram Account”Register Instagram accounts in your dashboard to use them with FeedFlux automation.
How to Add an Account
Section titled “How to Add an Account”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Instagram Accounts section
- Click Add Account
- Enter the Instagram username (without @)
- Click Add
- Account appears in your list (pending validation)
Account Requirements
Section titled “Account Requirements”- Must be a valid Instagram username
- Must be logged in on your connected Android device
- Must not exceed your plan’s account limit
After Adding
Section titled “After Adding”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Added but not validated yet |
| Validated | Confirmed working |
| Error | Validation failed (check username) |

Removing an Instagram Account
Section titled “Removing an Instagram Account”Remove accounts you no longer want to manage with FeedFlux.
How to Remove
Section titled “How to Remove”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Instagram Accounts
- Find the account to remove
- Click Remove button
- Confirm removal
What Happens When Removed
Section titled “What Happens When Removed”| Data | What Happens |

| Account registration | Removed from your dashboard |
| Workflow data | Preserved in desktop app |
| Queue files | Remain on your computer |
| Follow/unfollow logs | Remain on your computer |
Can I Re-Add Later?
Section titled “Can I Re-Add Later?”Yes! You can add the same account again anytime:
- Account slot becomes available immediately
- Add the username again
- Will need to re-validate
Before Removing
Section titled “Before Removing”Consider:
- Do you have any workflows using this account?
- Is this the correct account?
- Will you need to re-add it soon?
