Account Settings

  1. Go to https://feedflux.app
  2. Click Sign Up or Get Started
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Create a strong password:
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Include numbers and special characters
  5. Click Create Account
  6. Check your email for a verification link
  7. Click the verification link to activate your account

After registration, you’ll receive an email with a verification link. You must verify your email to:

  • Access all dashboard features
  • Subscribe to a plan
  • Download FeedFlux Desktop

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Click “Resend verification email” on the login page
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Use a unique password not used on other sites
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication after setup
  • Use an email address you check regularly

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account.

An authenticator app on your phone:

  • Google Authenticator (Android/iOS)
  • Microsoft Authenticator (Android/iOS)
  • Authy (Android/iOS/Desktop)
  • 1Password, Bitwarden, or similar
  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Settings or click your profile icon
  3. Find Security or Two-Factor Authentication
  4. Click Enable 2FA
  5. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  6. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
  7. Important: Save your backup codes in a secure place
  8. Click Enable

When you enable 2FA, you receive backup codes:

  • Each code can only be used once
  • Use if you lose access to your authenticator app
  • Store them securely (password manager, printed copy in safe place)
  • You can regenerate codes from settings (invalidates old codes)

After enabling:

  1. Log in with email and password
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  3. Codes refresh every 30 seconds
  4. If code doesn’t work, wait for the next one
  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click Disable 2FA
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Enter a 2FA code or backup code
  5. Click Disable
  1. Use one of your backup codes to log in
  2. Go to Settings and disable 2FA
  3. Re-enable with your new authenticator app

If you don’t have backup codes, contact support with account verification.

  1. Go to https://feedflux.app
  2. Click Log In
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password
  5. Click Sign In

If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled:

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  4. Click Verify
  • Check “Remember me” to stay logged in for 30 days
  • Only use this on personal/trusted devices
  • You’ll still need 2FA code if enabled

Forgot passwordClick “Forgot password?” link
  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Click Send Reset Link
  5. Check your email (including spam folder)
  1. Click the reset link in the email
  2. Link is valid for 1 hour
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Click Reset Password
  6. Log in with your new password

Your new password must have:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • Recommended: special character (!@#$%^&*)

  1. Go to Account Information
  2. Click Change Email
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Click Update
  6. Verify the new email via the link sent
  7. Your old email receives a notification
  1. Go to Account Information → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Click Update Password

You can view your account data including:

  • Account creation date
  • Last login time
  • Subscription history
  • Connected devices
