Creating Your Account
Section titled “Creating Your Account”Step-by-Step Registration
Section titled “Step-by-Step Registration”- Go to https://feedflux.app
- Click Sign Up or Get Started
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include numbers and special characters
- Click Create Account
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the verification link to activate your account
Email Verification
Section titled “Email Verification”After registration, you’ll receive an email with a verification link. You must verify your email to:
- Access all dashboard features
- Subscribe to a plan
- Download FeedFlux Desktop
Didn’t receive the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Click “Resend verification email” on the login page
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
Account Security Tips
Section titled “Account Security Tips”- Use a unique password not used on other sites
- Consider using a password manager
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication after setup
- Use an email address you check regularly
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Section titled “Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)”Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account.
What You’ll Need
Section titled “What You’ll Need”An authenticator app on your phone:
- Google Authenticator (Android/iOS)
- Microsoft Authenticator (Android/iOS)
- Authy (Android/iOS/Desktop)
- 1Password, Bitwarden, or similar
Setup Steps
Section titled “Setup Steps”- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Settings or click your profile icon
- Find Security or Two-Factor Authentication
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
- Important: Save your backup codes in a secure place
- Click Enable
Backup Codes
Section titled “Backup Codes”When you enable 2FA, you receive backup codes:
- Each code can only be used once
- Use if you lose access to your authenticator app
- Store them securely (password manager, printed copy in safe place)
- You can regenerate codes from settings (invalidates old codes)
Using 2FA
Section titled “Using 2FA”After enabling:
- Log in with email and password
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Codes refresh every 30 seconds
- If code doesn’t work, wait for the next one
Disabling 2FA
Section titled “Disabling 2FA”- Go to Settings → Security
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter your password to confirm
- Enter a 2FA code or backup code
- Click Disable
Lost Access to Authenticator?
Section titled “Lost Access to Authenticator?”- Use one of your backup codes to log in
- Go to Settings and disable 2FA
- Re-enable with your new authenticator app
If you don’t have backup codes, contact support with account verification.
Logging In
Section titled “Logging In”Standard Login
Section titled “Standard Login”- Go to https://feedflux.app
- Click Log In
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
Login with 2FA
Section titled “Login with 2FA”If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled:
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Click Verify
Stay Signed In
Section titled “Stay Signed In”- Check “Remember me” to stay logged in for 30 days
- Only use this on personal/trusted devices
- You’ll still need 2FA code if enabled
Login Issues
Section titled “Login Issues”| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| ”Invalid credentials” | Double-check email and password |
| ”Email not verified” | Check email for verification link |
| ”Account locked” | Too many failed attempts, wait 15 minutes |
| Forgot password | Click “Forgot password?” link |
Resetting Your Password
Section titled “Resetting Your Password”Request Password Reset
Section titled “Request Password Reset”- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your registered email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email (including spam folder)
Complete Password Reset
Section titled “Complete Password Reset”- Click the reset link in the email
- Link is valid for 1 hour
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Reset Password
- Log in with your new password
Password Requirements
Section titled “Password Requirements”Your new password must have:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- Recommended: special character (!@#$%^&*)
Reset Link Issues
Section titled “Reset Link Issues”| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| ”Link expired” | Request a new reset link |
| ”Link already used” | Request a new reset link |
| Email not received | Check spam, wait 5 minutes, try again |
| ”Email not found” | Verify you’re using the registered email |
Updating Account Information
Section titled “Updating Account Information”Accessing Account Settings
Section titled “Accessing Account Settings”- Log in to your dashboard
- Click your profile icon (top right) or go to Settings
- Select Account Information
Changeable Information
Section titled “Changeable Information”| Field | How to Change |

Changing Your Email
Section titled “Changing Your Email”- Go to Account Information
- Click Change Email
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new email address
- Click Update
- Verify the new email via the link sent
- Your old email receives a notification
Changing Your Password
Section titled “Changing Your Password”- Go to Account Information → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Account Data
Section titled “Account Data”You can view your account data including:
- Account creation date
- Last login time
- Subscription history
- Connected devices
